Winemaking:
Must cleaning per dynamic decantation, fermentation by selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Second fermentation in 60 days (Charmat method).

Colour:
Soft pink, brilliant with persistent foam.

Bouquet:
Intense flavour, with fragrant notes of wild strawberries, raspberries and red currants and lively hints of white-fleshed peach and apricot, finally the aftertaste lingers on memories of flowers.

Taste:
Fragrant, fresh with a predominat fruity note, intense in the mounth, savory and persistent.

Pairings food:
The ideal partner for refined appetizers, as an aperitif, perfecly with dishes with a delicate taste based on raw fish, sushi, risottos, white meat and cheeses.
